Pekin Insurance Web Portal Project
This project is from a Bradley University class which teamed up with Pekin Insurance to come up with designs for:
1. A paperless billing option.
2: A web portal for users to manage their insurance policies.
I was teamed up with 3 classmates and we started off making a goal statement, personas, journey maps, information architecture, low fidelity mockups, and high fidelity mockups. We user tested our prototype twice throughout the entire process, once after low fidelity, and once after high fidelity to make final updates to the design.
